Production time is 4 business days* Order cut-off time is 2pm NZST (3pm NZDT) on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Our standard production time is 5 business days, however if you need it sooner we offer the following Fast Track production options:
4 business days: Surcharge: $30 or 15% of your subtotal applies
3 business days: Surcharge: $40 or 25% of your subtotal applies
Delivery time
Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by NZ Post and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date.
The NZ Post delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide.

What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.

The price of any identical product offered by a New Zealand competitor, whether it is their regular price or part of a promotional offer. Any additional fees charged by our competitors, such as engraving fees, setup charges, and extras that we include in our pricing.
What's excluded from our Instant Price Match guarantee?
Shipping and handling costs are excluded. However, our $9.90 flat-rate Express shipping stands as the most affordable and quickest option available in New Zealand. No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Instant Price Match. Price matching is only applicable at the time of placing your online order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
